Pastry/Cake Fillers

This pastry filler unit has an open top that allows you to easily add fillings/ingredients. The double outlets enable you to fill multiple pastries at once. The filler has a 6 quart capacity and requires a pump. Food product can be injected deposited, layered, metered and topped. The donut filler works with batters, butter, cheesecake, cottage cheese, cream cheese, creams, custard, fruit fillings, icing, jelly, molasses, peanut butter, pudding, purees, salad dressings, syrups, tomato paste and many other products.
