This unit is easy to move and store with its 4 swivel castors and with its size is made for your Avalon 24" x 24" gas fryers. The Avalon Shortening Filter is made of Stainless Steel construction and equipped with a Sediment Catch Basket, Quick Disconnect Filter Hose with Coil Handle, Thermo-guard Motor with On/Off switch, and Stainless Steel Motor/Pump cover. All parts are easily removed without tools for easy cleaning.
