The attached draft order has photos showing the soiled, used product that was sent for review. This return is determined to be fraudulent and not eligible for return.

On December 20th- The Donut Cutter I recently purchased is not able to cut through the dough, therefore rendering the cutter ineffective for our use.  Do you have any insight as to why that is?  Do you have a better recommendation for me to try instead? 

What are my options at this point?

12/22/2023-Response-The cutters however will not cut as efficiently if you're cutting on an un-even surface, or not able to create leveraged pressure during the cutting process

12/29/2023-Customer- I purchased this for my cousin who owns a donut shop.  They ended finding something else for now.  Can you help me with issuing a full refund for this item, instead?  

 12/29/2023- As long as the cutter looks new, clean and in origin packaging the return department will refund 80% of the cost of the cutter. We charge $15 (covers the cost for the original shipping) for exchanges.  When we receive the cutter, the return department will check the cutter for cleanliness, origin packaging, and damage before processing the refund.

12/30/2023- 

I am shipping the item back as you requested to the address below. I am also requesting a full refund as the cutter does not cut.  This cutter is for the donut shop and does not work as stated. If you are not authorized to issue the full refund, please escalate to a manager or supervisor.  I’m happy to speak to someone regarding this issue.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. In order to maintain a higher level of food safety and sanitation for all the food products sold on Bakerywholesalers.com, we can not accept any returns on any food or products that are able to be consumed. This policy is to ensure that all the products we sell are not tampered with and have a long shelf life.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all the original packaging. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) 
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery 

-Any item that is no longer in its original packaging, unopened. If the product has seals, the seal must not show signs of tampering.

Shipping 
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Unity Bakery Supplies, 25701 E Admiral PL, Catoosa OK 74015, United States 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
