2. Utilize high-quality ingredients for a premium product
3. Offer a range of sizes and shapes to cater to different preferences.  Try square donuts, or heart shaped donuts, etc.
4. Provide seasonal and holiday-themed options (Christmas, Easter, 4th of July, Valentine's Day, etc.)
5. Incorporate custom toppings and fillings: stars, moons, lucky clovers, sprinkles.
6. Utilize social media to showcase new offerings and engage customers.  Team up with local churches for fundraisers, business with meetings breakfasts, lunches, school sporting event fundraisers and concession stands.  Movie theater concession stands, etc. etc. etc.
7. Offer healthy options and cater to dietary restrictions (Gluten Free, Low Fat, or Low Sugar)
8. Partner with local coffee shops or cafes to cross-promote.  Give coupons out at partner stores.  Establish partners to sell your products through different channels at different locations and times.

10. Offer special deals and promotions to attract new customers and retain loyal ones. Consider loyalty cards with 10th donut free or free coffee or free drink.
