17-shelf cabinet proofer with 'Dutch' Doors, specialized for donuts. This cabinet has the Auto-Water accessory installed and you will need to install a water hook up to the rear fitting to supply water to the proofer. 

Replaces the EP18-24 proofer.

The doors on your cabinet can be reversed to accommodate a right- or left-hand opening. The cabinet will be shipped with the hinges mounted on the right-hand side.
