SISTEMA SUMERGIDOR DE RODILLOS 'RS'

Permite la producción automatizada de Cake Donut Holes en Mark II y Mark V, incluidos los modelos Gas y GP.

El nuevo sistema RS Roller-Submerger de Belshaw amplía la capacidad de su freidora Donut Robot®. El sistema RS deposita, enrolla y sumerge los agujeros de las rosquillas del pastel para proporcionar una fritura y un color uniformes. El sistema RS incluye:

  • Émbolo de orificio para rosquilla (1-9/16 pulgadas): forma 4 orificios para rosquilla por cada cavidad del transportador, hasta 1½ pulgadas de diámetro (38 mm), 0,6 oz (17 gramos) después de freír.
  • Rodillo sumergible: guía y sumerge los agujeros de las rosquillas debajo de la manteca para garantizar que se fríen uniformemente.

El sistema RS es compatible con las máquinas Mark II y Mark V existentes, incluidos todos los modelos Gas y GP. Los modelos GP requerirán una tolva estándar, en lugar de la tolva Mini-Donut que se usa en las máquinas GP.

El sistema RS es fácil de configurar y el cambio dura menos de 5 minutos.
